Distribution:
South-eastern North Island as far south as Motuhora Island. Intertidal, from 0-257m
Type Data:
  • Awanui Heads (Awanui River Mouth), Rangaunu Bay, NZ, (holotype)
Notes:
Marine, Native - Endemic, Low tide, attached to walls of burrows of mantis shrimp Heterosquilla tricarinata.
