Distribution:
North-eastern North Island as far south as Poor Knights Islands. Also Norfolk Islands, from 15-46m

Notes:
Marine, Native - Non-endemic
Description:
Heavy shell with thick callus that completely fills umbilicus. Colourless periostracum, fewer protoconch whorls than Polinices putealis, and a broader first protoconch whorl
